DISCHARGE, DISCIPLINE, TERMINATION AND RESIGNATION. (a) It is hereby agreed that the Employer has the right to discharge or discipline for just and reasonable cause. The Employer will provide the disciplined or discharged employee with a statement in writing setting forth the basis of such discipline or discharge and will send a copy to the Union.
