  • Loss Leader Prohibition If this Agreement involves the purchase of goods, this section is applicable. Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code.

  • STRIKE PROHIBITION The Association recognizes that strikes, as defined by Section 1 of Public Act 336 of 1947 of Michigan, as amended, are contrary to law and public policy. The Board and the Association subscribe to the principle that differences shall be resolved by appropriate and peaceful means in keeping with the high standards of education without interruption of the school program. Accord- ingly, the Association agrees that during their term of this Agreement, it will not direct, instigate, participate in, encourage or support any strike against the Board by any member or group of members which is contrary to law.

  • DISCHARGE OR DISCIPLINE 1. The Company shall have the right to discipline or discharge associates for just cause in accordance with the reasonable, established Company rules and regulations, which may be modified from time to time by the Company.   • Discharge of Agreement 7.5.1 If the Developer fails to complete the development after ten (10) years from the date of registration of this Agreement at the Registry of Deeds or Land Registration Office Council may review this Agreement, in whole or in part, and may:
