DISCHARGES FOR FAILURE TO PAY UNION DUES. The Company will within ten (10) workdays after receipt of notice from the Union, discharge any employee who is not in good standing in the Union or pay applicable service fees as required by section 3.8. Any employee so discharged shall be deemed to be discharged for “just cause”. “
