Discipline and Control of Labour. 2.1 The Contractor is responsible, at all times for the discipline and control of any labour or sub-contract labour on the works, and in addition, shall be liable for any loss or damage caused to any person or property on the Estate by any supplier of materials or any other person instructed or employed by the Contractor in respect of the works. The Contractor undertakes to ensure that any such supplier; sub-Contractor or employee fully appreciates and understands both the provisions of this agreement and any further rules and regulations that the Association may impose from time to time.
