DISCIPLINE AND PRIVACY OF EMPLOYEES. The right of management to reprimand employees shall not be abrogated. However, oral criticisms or reprimands shall be handled in a private and professional manner. Before any employee is called in by an administrator or supervisor for formal disciplinary action of a serious nature that would result in at least a written reprimand, the employee shall be given the opportunity to arrange for the presence of a representative.
