Employee Benefits Programs. (i) The Member Plans (as defined below) are in compliance in all material respects with all applicable requirements of Section 3(3) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended ("ERISA"), the Code, and other applicable laws and have been administered in all material respects in accordance with their terms and such laws. Each Member Plan which is intended to be qualified within the meaning of Section 401 of the Code has received a favorable determination letter as to its qualification, and nothing has occurred that could reasonably be expected to cause the loss of such qualification;

Employee Benefits Programs. Employees must complete three (3) months of employment to be eligible for the benefit coverages out in Sections and Coverage commences on the first day following completion of three (3) months service and stops immediately upon termination.
