Discipline, Suspension and Discharge Cases. (a) A claim by a nurse that she has been discharged or suspended without just cause shall be treated as a grievance and filed at Step No. 2 of the grievance procedure within nine (9) days of her notice of discharge or suspension. The grievance may be settled by confirming the Employer's action or by reinstating the nurse and making her whole in all respects or by any other arrangement which is just and equitable in the opinion of conferring parties or an Arbitration Board.
