Discipline, Suspension, Discharge Procedure. 1. An employee may be disciplined, suspended or discharged only for just cause. When an employee is disciplined, suspended or discharged he shall be given the reason in the presence of his xxxxxxx, or any member of the Executive available. Such employee and the Union shall be advised promptly in writing by the Employer of the reason for such discipline, suspension or discharge.
