Privacy and Personal Information (a) This clause 14 applies where this agreement amounts to a “service arrangement” under the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld).
Disclosure of Account Information to Third Parties It is our general policy to treat your account information as confidential. Disclosure of Personal Information We may disclose your personal information to third parties, when necessary, and to our affiliates in connection with the services we provide related to your holding of Units of the Fund(s), including:
CONFIDENTIAL, PROPRIETARY, AND TRADE SECRET INFORMATION AND MATERIALS a. Buyer and Seller shall each keep confidential and protect from unauthorized use and disclosure all (i) confidential, proprietary and/or trade secret information of a Party or third party disclosed by a Party; (ii) software provided under this Contract in source code form or identified as subject to this Article; and (iii) tooling identified as subject to this Article: in each case that is obtained, directly or indirectly, from the other in connection with this Contract or Buyer’s contract with its customer, if any, (collectively referred to as "Proprietary Information and Materials"). Vendor Information Vendor understands that as part of Hinsdale Central School District’s obligations under New York Education Law Section 2-d, Vendor is responsible for providing Hinsdale Central School District with Vendor information (see Vendor Information for Data Privacy and Security) to include:
Customer Information and Release Authorization Throughout this Agreement, you authorize Clearview Energy or its agents to obtain and review information from credit-reporting agencies regarding your credit history and information from the Utility relating to you and your account that includes, but is not limited to: account name and number; billing history; payment history; rate classification; historical and future electricity usage; meter readings; and characteristics of electricity service. Clearview Energy will not provide or sell such information to any other party without your consent unless required to do so by law, or it is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement. Clearview Energy reserves the right to reject your enrollment, or terminate this Agreement, in the event you rescind these authorizations.
