Disclosure Process for Requests Under the Act Sample Clauses

Disclosure Process for Requests Under the Act. If a request is made under the Act for disclosure of Volume 3 of the QS or information contained therein, TxDOT will submit a request for an opinion from the Office of the Attorney General prior to disclosing any such documents. The Proposer shall then have the opportunity to assert its basis for non-disclosure of such documents and claimed exception under the Act or other applicable law to the Office of the Attorney General within the time period specified in the notice issued by TxDOT and allowed under the Act.
