Disconnection after Agreement Terminates. Upon termination of this Agreement by its terms, Company may disconnect the Facility from the Company’s System in accordance with a plan for disconnection upon which Company and Seller agree.
Disconnection after Agreement Terminates. Upon termination of this Agreement, Alabama Power may disconnect the Facility from the Alabama Power Electric System in accordance with Good Utility Practices and applicable Reliability Standards.
Disconnection after Agreement Terminates. Upon termination of this Agreement by its terms, Manitoba Hydro may disconnect the Facility from the System in accordance with a plan for disconnection upon which the Parties agree.
