Discounts and Promotions. 14.1. Unless the Service Suppliers advise otherwise, any Monthly Usage Limit, price reduction, discount, promotion or additional benefit, value- added service, or additional services, that is offered and/or provided to you as part of this Agreement, will only be applicable during the initial Contract Period and will not apply in the event that: (i) the initial Contract Period has expired and this Agreement is running on a month- to-month basis; or (ii) you migrate to another package (other than the package you initially activated); or (iii) this Agreement is renewed or cancelled.

To achieve tailored offers and facilitate the earning of certain benefits via PnP’s partners, customer information is collected (limited to facilitate the intended purpose) and analysed in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
5.2. Discounts may be redeemed at any PnP store within The Republic of Lesotho against a linked valid Smart Shopper card.
5.3. Discounts will only be valid prior to the expiry date indicated on the discounts.

Discounts and Promotions. 1. All discounts, offers and promotions relating to any of Our Programs are subject to change. We retain the right to bring any promotion to an end at any time and We are under no obligation to notify You that any promotion has ended.
2. You may be eligible for a discounted Program Fee – for example, some students enrolled in a university with whom Virtual Internship Partners has a formal relationship may be eligible for a discount. We are under no duty or obligation to inform You that You are eligible for a discount. It is Your responsibility to notify Us when You think You are eligible for a discount and We will determine eligibility.
3. If You are eligible for more than one discount, Virtual Internship Partners reserves the right to decide how or whether the discount or discounts may be combined or be applied.
4. If you have received a discount or promotion as part of an agreement with Virtual Internship Partners, and subsequently fail to fulfil Your obligations under any such agreement, You will become liable for the full Program Fee, to be paid within 14 days.
Discounts and Promotions. All Artworks that are available for sale in the Prints Program may be included in promotional events from time to time and as determined by deviantART. These promotional events could include special offers that provide discounts in the price of items contained in the Print Program. In the event that an artist’s work is purchased at a promotional discount value, the Artists Profit will be reduced proportionately to the reduction in the Base Price. Promotional events may also be held to provide artists with an incentive to market their own works by increasing the Artist Profit from a reduction in the Base Price without reducing the Selling Price.
