Discretionary Assignment. Upon the conclusion of the administrative leave, an employee on leave from a non-precinct assignment or Discretionary Assignment may return to their previous work assignment and work schedule, at the discretion of the Chief, following joint consultation with the employee, the Federation, and the Wellness Unit.
