Critical Incident Sample Clauses

Critical Incident. An incident involving any of the following situations occurring in the line of duty: a. the use of Deadly Force, as defined by Minn. Stat. §609.066, by or against a Minneapolis Police Officer; or b. a situation in which a person who is in the custody or control of an officer dies or sustains substantial bodily harm.
Critical Incident. Grantee shall report critical incidents, as defined in the Critical Incident Policy, to HSH, within 72 hours of the incident according to Department policy. Critical incidents shall be reported using the online Critical Incident Report (CIR) form. In addition, critical incidents that involve life endangerment events or major service disruptions should be reported immediately to the HSH program manager. Critical Incident. In the event the act or omission of a sworn officer causes the death or serious injury of another person, the officer's Division Commander shall place the employee on Administrative Leave (with pay) for the seventy-two (72) hours immediately following the incident.
