DISCRIMINATORY VENDOR. Recipient affirms that it is aware of the provisions of Section 287.134(2)(a), Florida Statutes, and that at no time has Recipient been placed on the Discriminatory Vendor List. Recipient further agrees that it shall not violate such law and acknowledges and agrees that placement on the list during the term of this Agreement may result in the termination of this Agreement.
DISCRIMINATORY VENDOR. EFI shall disclose to DEO if it or any of its affiliates, as defined by section 287.134(1)(a.), F.S., appears on the discriminatory vendor list. An entity or affiliate placed on the discriminatory vendor list pursuant to section 287.134, F.S., may not: (1) submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract or agreement to provide any goods or services to a public entity; (2) submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract or agreement with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; (3) submit bids, proposals, or replies on leases of real property to a public entity; (4) be awarded or perform work as a contractor, subcontractor, grantee, supplier, sub-grantee, or consultant under a contract or agreement with any public entity; or (5) transact business with any public entity. EFI affirms that it is aware of the provisions of section 287.134(2) (a), F.S., and that at no time has EFI or its affiliates been placed on the Discriminatory Vendor List. EFI further agrees that it shall not violate such law. EFI shall insert a provision in accordance with this Article, in all subcontracts for services in relation to this Agreement.
DISCRIMINATORY VENDOR. Pursuant to section 287.134, Florida Statutes, the following restrictions are placed on the ability of persons convicted of discrimination to transact business with the Department: When a person or affiliate has been placed on the discriminatory vendor list following a conviction for discrimination, he or she may not submit a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity, may not submit a bid on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work, may not submit bids on leases of real property to a public entity, may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in section 287.017, Florida Statutes, for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the discriminatory vendor list.
DISCRIMINATORY VENDOR. Pursuant to Section 287.134(3)(a), Florida Statutes, the following is included in this Agreement. Section 287.134(2)(a), Florida Statutes: "An entity or affiliate who has been placed on the discriminatory vendor list may not submit a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity, may not submit a bid on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work, may not submit bids, proposals, or replies on leases of real property to a public entity, may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity."
DISCRIMINATORY VENDOR. The RECIPIENT affirms that it is aware of the provisions of Section 287.134(2)(a), Florida Statutes, and that at no time has the RECIPIENT been placed on the Discriminatory Vendor List. The RECIPIENT further agrees that it shall not violate such law during the term of this Agreement. The RECIPIENT shall insert a provision in accordance with this Section, in all subcontracts for services in relation to this Agreement.

  • NON-DISCRIMINATION/HARASSMENT 3.01 Both the Company and the Union are committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination and harassment. Employees must not engage in discrimination or harassment because of prohibited ground contrary to the Ontario Human Rights Code (the “Code”).   • NON-DISCRIMINATORY PROVISION OF SERVICE Competitive Supplier shall supply electric energy to the Point of Delivery to all Participating Consumers on a non-discriminatory basis; provided, however, that those prices and other terms may vary in accordance with reasonably established rate classifications (e.g., residential, commercial, municipal, industrial) or by such other categories as appear in Exhibit A. To the extent applicable, Competitive Supplier’s prices, terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws, the regulations of the Department, and other applicable provision of law. To the extent required by law and/or the conditions of any Department approval of this ESA, the Competitive Supplier may not deny service to an Eligible Consumer for failure to pay the bills of any other electric company (whether engaged in the distribution, transmission, or generation of electricity) or of any other aggregator, marketer or broker of electricity, but may reasonably deny or condition new service, or terminate existing service, based upon any Participating Consumer’s failure to pay bills from the Competitive Supplier, subject to any provisions of law. Provision of electric energy supply shall be subject to Competitive Supplier’s standard credit policies, to the extent permitted by law, as described in Exhibit A.
