Discrimination and harassment definition

Discrimination and harassment means an intentional act against any student, on school property or at a school function, that creates a hostile environment by conduct, with or without physical contact by verbal threats, intimidation or abuse, including cyberbullying, of such a severe nature that it:
Discrimination and harassment means comments or conduct pertaining to an individual’s race, ancestry, place of origin, religious or political beliefs, citizenship, creed, gender, sexual orientation, age, record of offences, marital status or people with physical and mental conditions, that a reasonable person would find to be insulting, intimidating, or embarrassing and which ought to be known by an individual or group of individuals to be unwelcome.
Discrimination and harassment means discrimination and other conduct prohibited under the Unruh Civil Rights Act and other specified provisions of law.
