Common use of Discriminatory Vendors Clause in Contracts

Discriminatory Vendors. Contractor shall disclose to DEO if it or any of its affiliates, as defined by section 287.134(1)(a.), F.S., appears on the discriminatory vendor list. An entity or affiliate placed on the discriminatory vendor list pursuant to section 287.134, F.S. may not: (a) submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract or agreement to provide any goods or services to a public entity; (b) submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract or agreement with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; (c) submit bids, proposals, or replies on leases of real property to a public entity; (d) be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, sub-contractor, or consultant under a contract or agreement with any public entity; or (e) transact business with any public entity.
