Discussion of Differences Stage. (a) The employee may request to meet with the employee’s immediate supervisor as soon as a meeting can be arranged to discuss any matter that may give rise to a grievance, in an attempt to resolve any difference through an informal discussion. The employee may be accompanied by a Union representative. The employee’s immediate supervisor may be joined by a Board representative.
