Discussion or Settlement of Grievance. Any individual employee(s) shall have the right to present grievances directly to the Company and to have such grievances adjusted, without the intervention of the Union, so long as the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, and provided that the Union has been given an opportunity to be present at such adjustments.
