Le surveillant doit rendre une décision dans un délai de vingt-quatre (24) heures ou plus sur accord mutuel. Un tel accord ne doit pas être refusé de façon déraisonnable. Tout accord mutuel visant à prolonger le délai au-delà de vingt-quatre (24) heures doit être reconnu par écrit. Si l’employé ou le Syndicat le demande, tout résultat découlant de la discussion officieuse doit être reconnu par écrit par le surveillant. La présente procédure n'empêche pas la présentation d'un grief tel que prévu au paragraphe 7.07.

  • Informal Discussions The employee's concerns will be presented orally by the employee to the appropriate supervisor.   • INFORMATION AND CONSULTATION 8.1 You are entitled, under the Data Protection Xxx 0000 to inspect personal information held on you in our housing files. We will provide photocopies of this information on request. We may make a charge of up to £10 for this. We will provide you with a copy of any such information we hold within forty days of your request in writing.
