Information and Consultation. 8.1 You are entitled, under the General Data Protection Regulation to access personal data we hold on you in our Housing files. We will provide photocopies of this information we hold within one calendar month of your request. You may have other rights under the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to your personal data, which we will honour. You are entitled to check information you have provided in connection with your housing application free of charge. 8.2 We will publish an annual report on our housing management performance which you may obtain from us on request. We will give you information about our complaints procedure. 8.3 On request, we will provide you with free information relating to: • the terms of your tenancy; • our policy about setting rent and service charges; • our policy and rules about: - applying to the housing list; - allocations; - transfers of tenants between houses; - exchanges of houses between our tenants, and tenants of other landlords; - repairs and maintenance; • our tenant participation strategy; • our arrangements for taking decisions about housing management and services. 8.4 We will consult you about making or changing: • policies regarding housing management, repairs and maintenance if the proposal is likely to significantly affect you; • proposals for changes in rent and service charges where they affect all or a class of tenants (and you are likely to be affected); • proposals for the sale or transfer of your house to another landlord; • decisions about the information to be provided relating to our standards of housing management and performance; • performance standards or targets in relation to housing management repairs and maintenance; • our tenant participation strategy. We will take into account any views that you have before making a final decision. Any consultation with you will include giving you comprehensive information in an accessible form and reasonable time to express views.

Information and Consultation. 6.1 The Company shall comply (and shall procure that any Contractor complies) with its obligations under Regulation 13 of the Regulations during the period prior to the Transfer Date. 6.2 The Council shall comply with its obligations under Regulations 13 and 14 of the Regulations during the period prior to the Transfer Date, save where the Council is unable to do so as a result of the failure of the Company and/or any Contractor to comply with their duties under Regulation 13 of the Regulations.
Information and Consultation. 1. For the purposes of proper implementation of this Annex, the competent Swiss and Community authorities shall exchange information regularly and, at the request of one of the Parties, shall conduct consultations. 2. The competent Swiss authorities shall inform the Agency and the Commission without delay of any fact or suspicion which has come to their notice relating to an irregularity in connection with the conclusion and implemen­ tation of the contracts or agreements concluded in application of the instruments referred to in this Decision.

The Replacement Administering Authority shall co-operate with the Outgoing Administering Authority and shall discuss with the Outgoing Administering Authority in advance of any meeting any information which the Replacement Administering Authority is to impart to the Outgoing Administering Authority Personnel.

Each Seller agrees to co-operate with the other Seller in respect of that other Seller’s information and consultation process to ensure as far as practicable that the communications of a Seller with the Employees of that Seller are aligned with the communications of the other Seller with the Employees of that other Seller. 1.4 The Purchaser (on its own behalf and on behalf of any relevant member of the Purchaser’s Group) shall provide each Seller (for itself and any relevant member of such Seller’s Group) with such information and assistance at such times as such Seller may reasonably request or as may be reasonably necessary for such Seller or any other member of such Seller’s Group to comply with any formal or informal requirement to inform or consult with the Employees, a relevant trade union, a relevant works council, or any other employee representatives in connection with the matters contemplated by this Agreement (which formal or informal requirements the Seller hereby undertakes to comply or procure compliance with).
