Common use of Disengagement Assistance Clause in Contracts

Disengagement Assistance. The Supplier agrees that, notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever the Supplier will, if so required by the Customer, assist the Customer with the seamless transition of the delivery of the Goods and/or rendering of the Services to an incoming supplier. Any disengagement assistance required by the Customer is set out in Schedule B, alternatively in the relevant SOW (if applicable).
