Dishonored Payments. If any check or ACH payment of BUYER/MAKER is dishonored for any reason, NCCI will notify both parties of the dishonor. Upon receipt of such notice, SELLER/HOLDER shall, within 48 hours, reimburse NCCI for any and all funds disbursed to SELLER/HOLDER in connection with the dishonored payment, and BUYER/MAKER shall immediately remit a replacement payment to NCCI, plus the NSF fee reflected on the NCCI fee schedule then in effect. The NSF fee shall be deducted from the next payment received by NCCI from BUYER/MAKER, before the application of the balance of said payment to other sums due from BUYER/MAKER.

Dishonored Payments. If a check, automated withdrawal, or other payment by a Purchaser is not honored or not paid in full by the applicable bank or other entity (including stop payments), the payment will be treated as a dishonored payment and subject to a Dishonored Payment Fee (see Program Fee Chart). If the dishonored payment represents the initial payment, the Program may choose not to accept the Contract. If the Contract was previously accepted, the Program will cancel the Contract. If the dishonored payment is a Monthly Purchase option payment, the amounts relating to the dishonored payment and applicable Program Fees will remain due and subject to Late Payment conditions (see Section 8.F).
Dishonored Payments. Residents shall owe $35.00 for each dishonored payment plus any applicable late fees described in this Agreement until all amounts owed are paid. Residents must resolve dishonored payments caused as a result of a financial institution with the financial institution. Owner is unable to waive the charge for dishonored payments or any late fees. In the event of a dishonored payment, Residents may, at Owner's option, be required to pay the rent and applicable late charges by certified check or money order. If one (1) or more payments submitted by Residents are, for any reason whatsoever, dishonored by the financial institution upon which it is drawn in any twelve (12) month period, Residents shall be required to pay all future rent and other charges by certified check or money order plus any and all costs required in the collection of said payments.

Dishonored Payments. For any Preauthorized Payment which is disputed, charged back, rejected, returned by the bank against which it was drawn, or otherwise cancelled or withdrawn, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, due to insufficient funds in Client’s account(s), closure of Client’s account(s), or Client’s dispute of Service Payments or Expenses (each a “Dishonored Payment”), EMA may charge and assess Client with an additional administrative charge of $2500 per Dishonored Payment (each a “Dishonored Payment Charge”), which Dishonored Payment Charge will be due and payable by Client immediately.

Dishonored Payments. In the event any Exercise Payment or Purchase Payment is dishonored for payment for any reason, the Escrow and Transfer Agent shall orally notify the depositor and the Company as soon as practicable. In such instances, the Agent shall return the Exercise Payment, Purchase Payment and Purchase Form to the depositor within two business days of such payments being dishonored.
Dishonored Payments. (a) If any payment of fixed minimum rent, additional rent or any other payment payable hereunder by Tenant is tendered by check and said check is dishonored for any reason whatsoever, Tenant shall pay to Owner, upon demand, the sum of $150.00 representing the administrative charge for processing the check. (b) If during any 12-month period three (3) checks for any payment of rent, additional rent or any other payment payable hereunder tare dishonored for any reason whatsoever, then, in addition to any and all other remedies set forth in this Lease, Owner may demand that Tenant pay, as additional advance rent, an amount equal to one month's fixed minimum rent at the time of the dishonoring of the check on each occasion that a check is dishonored during the 12-month period commencing on the day the first such check is dishonored. If, upon demand, said additional advance rent is not paid, same shall constitute a serious and substantial default under this Lease permitting Owner to pursue any appropriate default remedies as set forth herein or as otherwise may be permissible under law.
Dishonored Payments. For any amount that you must pay to us or our affiliates, if we are not able to successfully complete a wire transfer or electronic debit for such payment as described Section 3.6 above, or if a check that you issue for such payment is returned by the bank against which it was drawn, due to insufficient funds in your account(s), closure of your account(s) or any other reason resulting in the nonpayment (each a “Dishonored Payment”), we have the right to charge a fee of $100 per occurrence (a “Dishonored Payment Charge”). We will notify you of each Dishonored Payment and any Dishonored Payment Charge that we impose. We may add the Dishonored Payment Charge to the amount to be paid via the next wire transfer or electronic debit. The Dishonored Payment Charge applies in addition to any late fee and interest that we have the right to charge, or any other remedy to which we are entitled, under this Agreement, at law, or in equity.
