DISMISSAL BASED ON PERFORMANCE. 1. The Board shall not dismiss a teacher unless the Board has received at least three (3) consecutive reports indicating the learning situation in a class or classes of a teacher is less than satisfactory. 2. The reports shall be written by at least two different evaluators; one of whom shall be the Superintendent or the Associate Superintendent. 3. The reports shall be written independently of each other. The teacher shall be informed that an unsatisfactory report may lead to dismissal. 4. Reports referred to in Clause 1 shall cover a period of time of not less that twelve (12) months nor more than twenty four (24) months. Any period of time spent on medical leave or approved leave of absence shall be added to the period of not less than twelve
