Common use of Dismissal of Non-Probationary Teachers Clause in Contracts

Dismissal of Non-Probationary Teachers. Dismissal procedures shall be extended to: 1. Teachers who successfully complete three (3) consecutive years of employment with the district and work the first day of the fourth year; and 2. Teachers at the time of reemployment by this school district if any time prior to the current employment the teacher achieve non-probationary status in this school district. Dismissal rights under these provisions shall be in accordance with Kansas law.
