Common use of Dispensation Clause in Contracts

The Consultant certifies it is not required to obtain a dispensation or waiver in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Government of Puerto Rico prior to or in connection with the execution of this Agreement. The Parties agree that the proven illegality of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not invalidate it as a whole.
