Displacement by Reinstatement of Another to Former Position. Any employee, though he or she may have attained permanent status in his or her present position, who is displaced as a result of another employee’s being returned to his or her former position under Section E, above, or under this section, shall likewise be reinstated to his or her former position. If an employee so affected has permanent status but no former position, he or she shall be placed on the appropriate layoff list.
