Displacement of a junior employee. (93) When mutually agreed, employees may be placed in positions covered by this Agreement which they are qualified to fill, notwithstanding that it may be necessary to displace junior able-bodied employees to provide suitable employment for them. Furthermore, positions may be specifically created for such purpose and it is agreed that the positions will be abolished once the incumbents are no longer on the program.
