b. Engineer shall make certain that all files, and data formats are completely compatible with State’s information resources and are upward compatible. Engineer is responsible for requesting any additional information it deems necessary to ensure compatibility.

2. Graphics File Requirements
Approved Software. The software specified in the Remote Deposit Capture User Guide as provided by Bank shall be purchased or leased by you at your sole expense. You also agree to maintain the Approved Software and to acquire all upgrades or replacement versions thereof at your sole expense. We retain the right to specify different software for use by you in connection with the Service, and you agree to acquire and substitute such new or upgraded software not later than the installation date specified by us after which date we will no longer support any prior version of such software.
Approved Software. The SUPPLIER must use the following engineering and design software to perform all work listed herein: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Aspen Oneliner, WinIGS, SEL-AcSELerator, SEL AcSELerator RTAC, SEL AcSELerator Architect, SEL-TEAM, GE Enervista UR Setup, GE Cimplicity HMI, Catapult DNP Driver, GE Proficy Driver Server, Nessus Professional, Nmap, Siemens – DigSI, SMP Tool, PLS-CADD, CYMCAP, ZIV and others No other software will be acceptable unless specifically approved by the OWNER. The SUPPLIER must use the appropriate, OWNER approved version of each software package. Development of settings in releases different than the OWNER approved version will be rejected. A list of approved versions will be provided at the outset of each project.
Approved Software. The Vendor shall ensure that all documents and support forms have been prepared on software approved by the Department Contract Manager and stored as specifically agreed to in an individual Task Work Order. Specific project documentation requirements will be specified in the respective Task Work Orders.
Approved Software. Only licensed software provided by the Bank and in-house developed code (including Supplier developed code approved by the Bank) shall be used on the Bank’s system. No public domain, shareware, or bulletin board software shall be installed. All additional hardware and software packages proposed for use, including upgrades, must be approved in advance and in writing by the Bank.
