Disposal. If SELLER disposes any item associated with BUYER’s products or that incorporates BUYER’s IP RIGHTS (“DISPOSAL ITEM”), then SELLER will: (i) make the DISPOSAL ITEM unsalvageable; (ii) not subcontract the disposal without BUYER’s written permission; and (iii) take reasonable steps to prevent the counterfeiting of BUYER’s products or the infringement of BUYER’s IP RIGHTS.
