Common use of Disposal Clause in Contracts

Disposal. The Pledgor shall not, nor shall the Pledgor agree to, enter into a single transaction or a series of transactions (whether related or not and whether voluntary or involuntary) to sell, lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any Relevant Pledged Assets except as permitted by the Clearing Conditions or this Agreement (including under a Previous Pledge and a Permitted Pledge).

Disposal. The Pledgor shall not, nor shall the Pledgor agree to, enter into a single transaction or a series of transactions (whether related or not and whether voluntary or involuntary) to sell, lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any Relevant Pledged Assets except as permitted by the Clearing Conditions or this Agreement (including under a Previous Pledge and a Permitted Pledge)Conditions.

The Pledgor shall not, not (nor shall the Pledgor agree to, ) - without the Pledgee's written consent in each particular case - enter into a single transaction or a series of transactions (whether related or not and whether voluntary or involuntary) to sell, lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any Relevant the Pledged Assets except as permitted by the Clearing Conditions or this Agreement (including under a Previous Pledge and a Permitted Pledge)Assets.

Disposal. The Pledgor shall not, not (nor shall the Pledgor agree to, ) enter into a single transaction or a series of transactions (whether related or not and whether voluntary or involuntary) to selltransfer, leaseassign, transfer lend or otherwise dispose of any Relevant Pledged Assets of the Secured Assets, nor do anything else prohibited by Clause 9.4 (Transfer; Merger) of the Credit Agreement, except as permitted by therein or as otherwise permitted in accordance with the Clearing Conditions or this Agreement (including under a Previous Pledge and a Permitted Pledge)Credit Agreement.

Disposal. The Pledgor shall notnot enter into, nor shall the Pledgor agree to, enter into a single transaction or a series of transactions (whether related or not and whether voluntary or involuntary) to sell, lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any Relevant the Pledged Assets except, in the case of Dividends, as permitted by Clause 4.4 (Dividends before enforcement) and except as permitted by under the Clearing Conditions or this Agreement (including under a Previous Pledge and a Permitted Pledge)Credit Agreement.
