Disposal. The Recipient will not, without Ontario’s prior written consent, sell, lease or otherwise dispose of any asset purchased or created with the Funds or for which Funds were provided, the cost of which exceed $50,000 at the time of sale, lease or disposal prior to March 31, 2021.
