Disposition of Assignment Pay Differentials. An employee who is transferred, promoted, demoted, or re-appointed to a position with an assignment pay differential will receive the designated differential. An employee who is transferred, promoted, demoted, or re-appointed from a position with an assignment pay differential to a position without the differential will forfeit the designated differential.
