Disposition of Inventories of Products. Following termination of this Agreement by ImmunoGen pursuant to Section 8.3 or 8.4, CytomX and its Affiliates and Sublicensees shall have the right to continue to sell their existing inventories of Licensed Product(s) that have received Regulatory Marketing Approval prior to such termination for a period not to exceed six (6) months after the effective date of such termination or expiration and CytomX shall pay any milestones and royalties payable in connection with such sales in accordance with Article 4 hereof.

Disposition of Inventories of Products. Following termination or expiration of this Agreement with respect to one or more Wyeth Products, Wyeth, its Affiliates and its sublicensees will have the right to continue to sell their existing inventories of such Products after the effective date of such termination or expiration, subject to Pharmacopeia’s continuing right to receive all payments that would have been due under this Agreement with respect to such sales.
