Dispute solution. 13.1 Dispute aroused during performing the Contract shall be solved by the Borrower and the Lender through negotiation; if the negotiation fails, it shall be solved according to the following Item 13.1.1:

Dispute solution. Any dispute and recovery issues related to this Contract shall be solved through two parties’ consultation. If two parties fail to reach an agreement, Party A can directly plea to the local court at the domicile of Party A for enforcement with this notarized Contract and compensatory credentials. Party B agrees that this notarized Contract has enforceable power.
Dispute solution. If disputes arise in the performance of the agreement, both parties shall find a solution through friendly discussion. Law suit can be filed if the discussion fails.
