Disputes Committee Procedure. i The Chairman will invite the Appellants’ in dispute to present the issue ii Questions of clarification may be asked by member of the Committee and the Respondent iii The Respondent will then be asked to present a response to the claim iv Questions of clarification may then be asked by members of the Committee and the Appellant.
