DISPUTES CONCERNING PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS. Any dispute between the Union and the Employer which may arise as to whether or not an employee properly executed or properly revoked an authorization for payroll deduction form shall be reviewed with the employee by a representative of the Local Union and the designated representative of the Employer. While the dispute is under review, employee payroll deductions will continue unless the Employer payroll department is notified differently by the designated union designee.
