Disputes with Merchants Concerning Goods and Services. You agree to settle all disputes about purchases of goods and services you make using your Debit Card with the merchant that honored the card. If you are unable to settle the dispute with the merchant, we will attempt to help resolve the dispute if you send us a letter in which you: a. Tell us your name and Account number. b. Tell us the date, the amount, and why you are disputing the transaction, including the merchant’s name and location; and c. Provide written confirmation of your attempt(s) to contact the merchant and resolve the dispute.‌ This does not affect your rights with respect to unauthorized transfers or errors regarding your Account.

Disputes with Merchants Concerning Goods and Services. Merchant disputes not covered by Regulation E would include things like merchandise ordered but not received, cancellation of a recurring subscription, receipt of defective or wrong merchandise, or a service requested and paid for but not received. You agree to settle all merchant disputes, as defined above, involving your Debit Card with the merchant who honored the card. If you are unable to settle the dispute with the merchant, we will attempt to help resolve the dispute; however, we will only do so if you agree to send us a letter that includes your name and account number as well as the following: In your letter you must also provide confirmation of your attempt(s) to contact the merchant and resolve the dispute. Disputes of this nature are not afforded the same rights as unauthorized transfers or errors covered under Regulation E.
