DISSEMINATION MECHANISMS. The Parties undertake to ensure transparency in all actions taken within the scope of this Agreement. With this in mind, in the event of a specific request made by another stakeholder in this sector, they will make available all information they consider necessary. The methods and channels used to publish the information in question must include the following: Official reports and printed media, − Information on the Honduran forestry sector is published in the Annual Forestry Statistics (ICF); this informs the general public about what is happening in the forestry sector. In addition, alliances will be encouraged with different stakeholders in the forestry sector for investing in printed media (newsletters, leaflets, banners, etc.) and publishing up‑to‑date information. The Union publishes FLEGT voluntary partnership agreements in its Official Journal. Each country’s annual report on the FLEGT VPA is another source of information in print on these agreements. Internet sites − The ICF will set up a page on its website, which will include links to all institutions and organisations involved in this Agreement. Geographical information on the Honduran forestry sector will be published on the ICF's Geoportal. − The Union will publish on the websites of the EU Delegation in Honduras and of the European Commission information on the JIC (see 4.1), the text of this Agreement (see 4.2) and a link to the ICF’s webpage. Other means of dissemination − Multi‑stakeholder platforms, − public meetings, − press conferences, − video films and − radio and television.

  • Dissemination 1. All public events, activities, curricular materials, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, and other documents produced with OSHE funds provided pursuant to this agreement must state clearly that the project partnership is administered by OSHE and that OSHE is a partner in the project partnership. The only official name to be used in describing the overall program is “Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF)” and no other institutional- specific branded name shall be used in official communication about the grants.

  • Validation Mechanism To be eligible for articulation, the student must show evidence of their CompTIA A+ certification and it must have been issued within three (3) years prior to their enrollment in the program.

  • Rights Protection Mechanisms Registry Operator shall implement and adhere to the rights protection mechanisms (“RPMs”) specified in this Specification. In addition to such RPMs, Registry Operator may develop and implement additional RPMs that discourage or prevent registration of domain names that violate or abuse another party’s legal rights. Registry Operator will include all RPMs required by this Specification 7 and any additional RPMs developed and implemented by Registry Operator in the registry-­‐registrar agreement entered into by ICANN-­‐accredited registrars authorized to register names in the TLD. Registry Operator shall implement in accordance with requirements set forth therein each of the mandatory RPMs set forth in the Trademark Clearinghouse as of the date hereof, as posted at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/tmch-­‐requirements (the “Trademark Clearinghouse Requirements”), which may be revised in immaterial respects by ICANN from time to time. Registry Operator shall not mandate that any owner of applicable intellectual property rights use any other trademark information aggregation, notification, or validation service in addition to or instead of the ICANN-­‐

  • Rights Protection Mechanisms and Abuse Mitigation ­‐ Registry Operator commits to implementing and performing the following protections for the TLD:

  • CONSULTATIVE MECHANISMS Effective consultation is essential for continuous workplace reform and such consultation can take place at any time during the life of a project. Consultative Committees may be set up on larger projects for this purpose.

  • DISCLOSURE OF TBS ACCESS CODE TO THIRD PARTY (a) The Account Holder must exercise all care to ensure that the TBS Access Code is not disclosed to any person and shall take all steps to prevent forgery or fraud in connection with the use of his TBS Access Code and/or the operation of the TBS. If the TBS Access Code is disclosed to any person, the Account Holder must forthwith give the Bank written notice thereof, thereupon the Account Holder shall immediately cease to use the TBS Access Code.

  • Dispute Resolution Mechanisms Registry Operator will comply with the following dispute resolution mechanisms as they may be revised from time to time:

  • Demographic, Classification and Wage Information XXXXXX agrees to coordinate the accumulation and distribution of demographic, classification and wage data, as specified in the Letter of Understanding dated December 14, 2011, to CUPE on behalf of Boards of Education. The data currently housed in the Employment Data and Analysis Systems (EDAS) will be the source of the requested information.

  • Intercept and Referral Announcements 6.1 When a Customer changes its service provider from Verizon to PNG, or from PNG to Verizon, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement (“Referral Announcement”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides the Customer’s new number or other appropriate information, to the extent known to the Party formerly providing service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party shall not be obligated under this Section to provide a Referral Announcement if the Customer owes the Party unpaid overdue amounts or the Customer requests that no Referral Announcement be provided.
