LOSS OR THEFT OF CARD You agree to notify us immediately upon discovering your Card has been lost or stolen.
Other Factors The Employer may provide for additional formal and informal evaluations as it shall determine to be necessary for the proper conduct of the educational program and the utilization of its employees. The evaluation opinions of the Employer shall not be subject to the Grievance Procedure if the procedures herein set forth have been followed.
Repeat Violations Xxxxxxx agrees to comply with all regulatory requirements and acknowledges that repeat violations could result in increased penalties in the future.
Special Risks or Circumstances City reserves the right to modify these requirements, including limits, based on the nature of the risk, prior experience, insurer, coverage, or other special circumstances.
STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS 5.01 During the term of this Agreement, or while negotiations for a further agreement are being held the Union will not permit or encourage any strike, slowdown, or any stoppage of work or otherwise restrict or interfere with the Employer's operation through its members.
NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS 5.01 The Union agrees there will be no strikes and the Employer agrees there will be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The term "strike" and "lockout" shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended.
CURVE WIDENING The minimum widening placed on the inside of curves is: 6 feet for curves of 50 to 79 feet radius. 4 feet for curves of 80 to 100 feet radius.
Causes The contract may be terminated before the stated completion date by any of the following conditions.
Mitigation of Harmful Effects To mitigate, to the extent practicable, any harmful effect 8 that is known to CONTRACTOR of a use or disclosure of DHCS PI or PII by CONTRACTOR or its 9 subcontractors in violation of this Personal Information Privacy and Security Contract.
Mitigating Factors The Contractor had a Trafficking in Persons compliance plan or an awareness program at the time of the violation, was in compliance with the plan, and has taken appropriate remedial actions for the violation, that may include reparation to victims for such violations.
