Common use of Distant Work Clause in Contracts

Distant Work. Distant work is work that is at such a distance from the Employee’s usual place of residence that they are unable to reasonably travel to and from their residence each day. For the purpose of this clause, and before accepting distant work, the Employee shall declare their usual place of residence.
