Payment for Travelling. (1) The rate of pay for travelling time is ordinary rates, except on Sundays and holidays when it will be time and a half.
Payment for Travelling. 11.3.1. Where an employee is sent from his/her usual locality to another in accordance with 11.2 he/she shall whilst necessarily travelling be paid travelling time and expenses as follows:

Payment for Travelling. An Employee who qualifies under clause 25.2 or 25.3 shall, for the time spent travelling from the usual place of residence to the distant job shall be paid at ordinary rates of pay. Where an Employee is required to use their own vehicle they will be paid an allowance of $0.85 for each kilometre beyond 50 klms ($0.55 per klm in excess of 75 klms on major projects in accordance with Clause 7 of this Agreement) each way from the Employee’s residence to the site.
Payment for Travelling i) The amount of pay for an employee travelling outside of ordinary hours shall be their ordinary rate of pay. Agreement may be reached between an employer and an individual employee on time off being taken in lieu of payment for travelling at a time or times agreed with Publicis Loyalty. Travelling time taken as time off shall be on the basis of one hour off for each hour travelled outside of ordinary hours.
Payment for Travelling. The rate of pay for a passenger travelling shall be ordinary time, and for drivers shall be time and one half. The maximum travelling time to be paid for shall be 12 hours out of every 24 hours.

Payment for Travelling. (a) The rate of pay for travelling time will be the applicable wage rate for such time including overtime rates. Time spent travelling shall be considered to be time worked up to the maximum as detailed in subclause 35(b).
