Selection of Personnel for Distant Work. It is agreed that the Company may select Employees for distant work who, the Company consider to be the most appropriate with respect to the following criteria: ▪ Skills and/or experience required; ▪ Amount of reasonable distant work already performed; ▪ In order to establish volunteers for distant work Employee/s shall be notified of the following details (in relation to the distant work): ▪ Duration; ▪ Location; ▪ Board and lodging arrangements; ▪ Allowance arrangements; ▪ Overtime arrangements.

  • PERSONNEL FOLDERS Employees shall be entitled to review the contents of his/her official departmental personnel folder during hours when the Personnel Services office is normally open for business. Such review shall not interfere with the normal business of the department. Any employee may designate a representative to review his/her departmental personnel folder, under the condition above, by signing a Designation and Release from Liability Form that will be provided by the Department.

  • Contents of Personnel File A. Adverse statements prepared by the County shall not be included in an employee's official personnel file unless a copy is provided to the employee. B. An employee shall have the right to inspect and review the contents of his or her official personnel file at reasonable intervals. C.   • Review of Personnel File Upon written authority from an employee, OC shall permit the President of the Union or their designate to review that employee's personnel file in the office in which the file is normally kept in order to facilitate the proper investigation of a grievance.

  • Review of Personnel Files Every member shall be allowed to review any of his/her personnel files except "confidential law enforcement records" and "trial preparation records" as defined in Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43 at any time, upon request and reasonable notice. Such request shall be made to the supervisor directly responsible for maintenance of such files. Review of the files shall be made in the presence of such supervisor or the supervisor's designated representative. For the Division master personnel file, the request shall be made to the member's Subdivision Deputy Chief or his/her designated representative. Any member, or the member's Lodge representative, may copy documents in the member's file. The City may levy a charge for such copying, which charge shall bear a reasonable relationship to actual costs. A member will be notified in writing any time records within his/her personnel, background, IAB, and/or payroll file(s) are requested, as a public records request pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43, provided the City determines that the request is proper under applicable law. A member may request copies of any records provided under this paragraph, and these copies shall be provided at no cost to the member.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Assignment of Personnel The Contractor shall not substitute any personnel for those specifically named in its proposal unless personnel with substantially equal or better qualifications and experience are provided, acceptable to County, as is evidenced in writing.

  • Construction Responsibilities The party named in Article 1, Responsible Parties, under AGREEMENT is responsible for the following: A. Advertise for construction bids, issue bid proposals, receive and tabulate the bids, and award and administer the contract for construction of the Project. Administration of the contract includes the responsibility for construction engineering and for issuance of any change orders, supplemental agreements, amendments, or additional work orders that may become necessary subsequent to the award of the construction contract. In order to ensure federal funding eligibility, projects must be authorized by the State prior to advertising for construction. B. If the State is the responsible party, the State will use its approved contract letting and award procedures to let and award the construction contract. C. If the Local Government is the responsible party, the Local Government shall submit its contract letting and award procedures to the State for review and approval prior to letting. D. If the Local Government is the responsible party, the State must concur with the low bidder selection before the Local Government can enter into a contract with the vendor. E. If the Local Government is the responsible party, the State must review and approve change orders. F. Upon completion of the Project, the party responsible for constructing the Project will issue and sign a “Notification of Completion” acknowledging the Project’s construction completion and submit certification(s) sealed by a professional engineer(s) licensed in the State of Texas. G. For federally funded contracts, the parties to this Agreement will comply with federal construction requirements cited in 23 CFR Part 635 and with requirements cited in 23 CFR Part 633, and shall include the latest version of Form “FHWA-1273” in the contract bidding documents. If force account work will be performed, a finding of cost effectiveness shall be made in compliance with 23 CFR 635, Subpart B.
