Distinctive Products. 1. Each Central American Party and the Dominican Republic shall recognize Bourbon Whiskey and Tennessee Whiskey, which is a straight Bourbon Whiskey authorized to be produced only in the State of Tennessee, as distinctive products of the United States. Accordingly, those Parties shall not permit the sale of any product as Bourbon Whiskey or Tennessee Whiskey, unless it has been manufactured in the United States in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States governing the manufacture of Bourbon Whiskey and Tennessee Whiskey.
2. At the request of a Party, the Committee on Trade in Goods shall consider whether to recommend that the Parties amend the Agreement to designate a good as a distinctive product for purposes of this Article.
Section F: Agriculture
Distinctive Products. The Parties shall conduct consultations in the Committee on Trade in Goods, about the recognition of distinctive products.
Distinctive Products. 1. For purposes of labeling, the Government of Taiwan recognizes coffee as a distinctive product of Guatemala, especially the coffee from the regions of Antigua, Huehuetenango, Cobán, San Marcos, Oriente, Atitlán and Fraijanes. Therefore, the Government of Taiwan shall not permit the commercialization and sale of any product as Guatemalan Coffee, particularly from Antigua, Huehuetenango, Cobán, San Marcos, Oriente, Atitlán and Fraijanes, unless these products have been manufactured with originating coffee from Guatemala or the regions mentioned above, if applied.
2. The Parties may recognize other regions, as well as other distinctive products after the entry into force of this Agreement. For these purposes the Parties shall conduct consultations in the Committee on Trade in Goods.
Distinctive Products. Chile shall recognize the distinctive molas as a product of Panama. Chile therefore shall not permit the import, manufacture or sale of any product as Molas unless they have been produced in Panama in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the production of Panama Molas. this is without prejudice to the recognition that Chile may grant and lawfully that belong to a non- party with respect to the Molas.

Chile shall recognize Bourbon Whiskey and Tennessee Whiskey, which is a straight Bourbon Whisky authorized to be produced only in the State of Tennessee, as distinctive products of the United States. Accordingly, Chile shall not permit the sale of any product as Bourbon Whiskey or Tennessee Whiskey, unless it has been manufactured in the United States in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States governing the manufacture of Bourbon Whiskey and Tennessee Whiskey.
2. The United States shall recognize Pisco Chileno (Chilean Pisco), Pajarete, and Vino Asoleado, which is authorized in Chile to be produced only in Chile, as distinctive products of Chile. Accordingly, the United States shall not permit the sale of any product as Pisco Chileno (Chilean Pisco), Pajarete, or Vino Asoleado, unless it has been manufactured in Chile in accordance with the laws and regulations of Chile governing the manufacture of Pisco, Pajarete, and Vino Asoleado.

The Parties shall recognize Bourbon Whiskey and Tennessee Whiskey, which is a straight Bourbon Whiskey authorized to be produced only in the State of Tennessee, as distinctive products of the United States. Accordingly, the Parties shall not permit the sale of any product as Bourbon Whiskey or Tennessee Whiskey, unless it has been manufactured in the United States in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States governing the manufacture of Bourbon Whiskey and Tennessee Whiskey.
2. A Party may request that the Committee on Trade in Goods consider designating a good a distinctive product for the purposes of this Article.
Distinctive Products. The Parties shall endeavour to consider the recognition of distinctive products2-3 after one year following the entry into force of this Agreement.
Distinctive Products. Each Party shall comply with Annex 314 respecting standards and labelling of the distinctive products set out therein.
Distinctive Products. Colombia shall recognize "Canadian Whisky" and "Canadian Rye Whisky" as distinctive products of Canada. Accordingly, Colombia shall not permit the sale of any product as "Canadian Whisky" and "Canadian Rye Whisky", unless it has been manufactured in Canada in accordance with the laws and regulations of Canada governing the manufacture of "Canadian Whisky" and "Canadian Rye Whisky".
Distinctive Products. 1. Korea shall recognize Bourbon Whiskey and Tennessee Whiskey, which is a straight Bourbon Whiskey authorized to be produced only in the State of Tennessee, as distinctive products of the United States. Accordingly, Korea shall not permit the sale of any product as Bourbon Whiskey or Tennessee Whiskey, if it has not been manufactured in the United States in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States governing the manufacture of Bourbon Whiskey and Tennessee Whiskey.
2. The United States shall recognize Andong Soju and Gyeongju Beopju as distinctive products of Korea. Accordingly, the United States shall not permit the sale of any product as Andong Soju or Gyeongju Beopju, if it has not been manufactured in Korea in accordance with the laws and regulations of Korea governing the manufacture of Andong Soju and Gyeongju Beopju.
3. Promptly after this Agreement enters into force, each Party shall notify the other Party of its existing laws and regulations governing the manufacture of these products, and thereafter shall notify the other Party of any modifications it makes to those laws and regulations.
4. For greater certainty, nothing in this Article shall be construed to create or confer any right relating to a trademark or geographical indication.
