Distribution and Posting of Materials. 1. The Association may use the school mailboxes and bulletin board spaces designated by the Superintendent subject to the following conditions: a. all postings for bulletin boards or items for school mailboxes must contain the date of posting or distribution and the identification of the organization together with authorization by the Association President; b. a copy of such postings or mass distributions must be delivered to the Superintendent or designee at the same time as posting or distribution; and c. the Association will not post or distribute information which is defamatory, obscene or derogatory of any individual(s), subject to the immediate removal by the District of the right to post or to distribute for a period of at least one (1) full semester. The District will pick up mail from and deliver mail to the Association's offices at 000000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000.
