Distribution of Food. 1. Products ordered from FTV may be used only to feed people in need of food assistance in a manner related to the tax-exempt purpose of the organization.
Distribution of Food. 1. Agency that acts as an emergency food pantry or feeding site must provide food to the general public and cannot exchange CSFB products for money, other property or services, nor require participation in prayer or religious or other services, including volunteer service.
