Distribution of Agreement The Employer agrees to make available to each employee a copy of this Agreement and to provide a copy of the same Agreement to all new employees entering the employment of the Employer.
Reproduction of Agreement Section A: REPRODUCTION OF AGREEMENT Paragraph 1: Copies of the negotiated agreement shall be printed at the expense of the Board within thirty days after the negotiated agreement is signed and presented to all teachers now employed, and hereafter employed. The Board shall furnish a copy for each building and a copy for the Association office for its use.
Printing and Distribution of Agreement The Medical Center and the Association shall equally share expenses for the printing of an adequate supply of copies of this Agreement. The Medical Center will make available a suitable number of copies of the Agreement on each nursing unit following the Association’s delivery of the printed copies to the Medical Center.

Term of Letters of Understanding All central letters of understanding appended to this agreement, or entered into after the execution of this agreement shall, unless otherwise stated therein, form part of the collective agreement, run concurrently with it, and have the same termination date as the agreement.
Execution of Additional Agreements In executing, or accepting the agencies created by, any additional agreement permitted by this Agreement, or the modifications of the agencies created by this Agreement, the Global Agent shall be entitled to conclusively rely upon a written opinion of counsel stating that the execution of such additional agreement is authorized or permitted by this Agreement, that all conditions precedent to such additional agreement have been satisfied and that such additional agreement constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of Issuer enforceable in accordance with its terms and subject to customary exceptions.
CERTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT In accordance with Division 4 of Part VIB of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, the Commission hereby certifies the attached written agreement in this matter. This agreement shall come into force from the date of certification, being 6 May 2003, shall operate in accordance with its terms and shall remain in force until 31 October 2005. Printing of Agreement The Employer and the Union will share equally the cost of printing sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution by the Union. The content of the cover to this Agreement shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
