Common use of Distribution of Xxxx Deferrals Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Xxxx Deferrals. To the extent a Participant takes a distribution or withdrawal from his/her deferral Account(s), the Participant may designate the extent to which such distribution is taken from the Pre-Tax Deferral Account or from the Xxxx Deferral Account. (See Section 8.11(b)(2) of the Plan for default distribution rules if a Participant fails to designate the appropriate Account for corrective distributions from the Plan.) Alternatively, the Employer may designate the order of distributions for the distribution types listed below:
