Allocation Conditions. An Eligible Participant must satisfy the following allocation conditions for an Employer Nonelective Contribution: [Check a. or b. or any combination of c. - e. Allocation Conditions. Subject to any restoration allocation required under the Plan, the Plan Administrator will allocate and credit Employer contributions to the Account of each Participant who satisfies the allocation conditions of Section 3.06.
