Distribution Services The Distributor shall sell and repurchase Shares as set forth below, subject to the registration requirements of the 1933 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder, and the laws governing the sale of securities in the various states ("Blue Sky Laws"):
Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.
CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
Long Service Payment (i) If the Principal has twenty-five years service or more he/she shall be paid a lump sum of six months ordinary pay (taxable salary) plus one week’s ordinary pay for each complete year of service. The maximum amount payable under this clause shall not exceed salary for one year. PROVIDED that if the Principal, following closure, begins permanent employment in the Education Service before the expiry of the period of weeks for which a long service payment has been made, the Principal shall refund the portion of the long service payment which represents the difference between the period for which the payment was made and the number of weeks without employment.
PIPELINE SERVICE FUND The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each hour of work earned and remit it monthly to the Pipeline Service Fund.
Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.
Interconnection Customer Payments Not Taxable The Parties intend that all payments or property transfers made by the Interconnection Customer to the Participating TO for the installation of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and the Network Upgrades shall be non-taxable, either as contributions to capital, or as a refundable advance, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws and shall not be taxable as contributions in aid of construction or otherwise under the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws.

Transportation charges to and from the service location are not protected by this warranty and are t he responsibility of the purchaser. Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.
